Project Professional (Civil Infrastructure)

Location: Mentor, Ohio, United States; projects support municipal clients across Northeast Ohio.

Salary: Starting at $100,000 per year; final compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for municipal clients across Northeast Ohio and build lasting relationships.
• Lead projects from early planning through design and construction while managing scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Support infrastructure improvements in and around Mentor.
• Coordinate internal multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants to deliver high-quality results.
• Prepare proposals, attend public meetings, and represent project teams before community stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and help improve quality assurance and quality control practices.

Requirements

• Professional Engineer license in Ohio or the ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience with municipal or civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience with municipal infrastructure planning, funding, design, or construction.
• Strong client relationship, communication, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to take ownership.
