• Lead and deliver complex transportation engineering projects from planning through construction.
• Oversee technical design, project budgeting, and delivery schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• PE License in WA and/or OR (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
• 15+ years of transportation engineering experience with proven project management leadership.
• Strong competency in transportation design principles and software like MicroStation, Civil3D, and OpenRoads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
