Civil Engineer, Sr. Project Manager-Transportation (PE Required)

Location: Hybrid role based in Lake Oswego, Oregon, or Kirkland, Washington, US

Salary: $138,000–$182,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and deliver complex transportation engineering projects across the Pacific Northwest.
• Oversee technical design, project development, and project delivery.
• Manage multidisciplinary transportation projects covering planning, design, and implementation.
• Engage with clients and external stakeholders while building long-term relationships.
• Manage project budgets and contribute to business development activities.
• Motivate, delegate to, train, and develop team members in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington and/or Oregon, or the ability to obtain one within 60 days.
• At least 15 years of transportation engineering experience with demonstrated project management leadership.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary transportation projects across planning, design, and delivery.
• Competence in transportation design principles, project development processes, and engineering software such as MicroStation, Civil3D, and OpenRoads.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and client relationship building.
