Chief of Staff (AI)

Location: On-site in the Union Square, New York City office

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 base salary per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to prioritize, execute, and track high-impact strategic initiatives.
• Streamline decision-making, manage leadership cadences, and ensure follow-through on commitments.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Customer Success.
• Build trust and alignment across teams without relying on formal reporting lines.
• Launch new processes, address operational bottlenecks, and test growth opportunities.
• Provide strategic input and help shape the future direction of the business.

Requirements

• Experience as a product manager, founder, or early-stage operator with end-to-end ownership of outcomes.
• Strong strategic and operational execution skills, with comfort moving between high-level planning and detailed implementation.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• High agency, ambition, initiative, resilience, and resourcefulness.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and take action without waiting for direction.
