What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership in developing 1- and 3-year strategic plans.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to analyze go-to-market strategies, pricing, and customer lifecycle economics.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in partnership with Marketing and Analytics teams.
• Prepare month-end close packages and variance analysis to drive transparency into business performance.
• Drive operational efficiency by streamlining and automating financial reporting processes.
• Coach and develop talent within the Finance organization and across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A roles.
• Experience with software, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex business scenario analysis.
• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting.
• Proven ability to synthesize large volumes of data into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hyperion Essbase.
• MBA degree.
