Process Support Engineer III (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Support customers through on-site installations, system diagnoses, equipment service, and repairs.
• Collaborate with customers and R&D teams to develop advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments, analyze data statistically, and prepare technical reports.
• Troubleshoot complex process and equipment issues, conduct root cause analyses, and resolve customer product problems.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while establishing consensus and trust.
• Support junior colleagues, act as a liaison with the business unit, and lead small projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in the semiconductor fabrication or equipment industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for explaining sensitive information and building consensus.
• English communication proficiency required.
