CNC Operator Mill / Turn 2nd Shift (Medical Manufacturing)

Location: Limerick, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

Manufactures spinal and orthopedic implants and the instrumentation cases used with them, combining medical engineering with a focus on improving patient care.

What you will do

• Operate assigned CNC mill/turn machines to produce parts to mechanical engineering drawing specifications.
• Measure, inspect, and load or unload parts from CNC machines.
• Perform basic machine changeovers and implement dimensional offset adjustments as instructed.
• Complete quality control documentation and inspection sheets accurately.
• Inspect products using drawings, travelers, work instructions, and process specifications.
• Follow good manufacturing practices, SOPs, safety regulations, and applicable compliance requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform visual inspection of small parts using a microscope.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; regularly lift or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Intermediate mathematics skills involving geometric and trigonometric formulas.
