Finance Manager (Financial Analytics)

Location: San Francisco, CA, USA; projects may be located at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States. Telecommuting is permitted.

Salary: $175,331–$185,000 per year; additional compensation may include bonuses, stock grants, commissions for sales roles, and benefits.

What you will do

• Conduct quantitative analyses, business valuations, and financial data analysis for investment programs and business operations.
• Partner with Sales VPs, Sales Finance leaders, Finance Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and planning support.
• Manage weekly forecasting, planning, reporting, and other finance deliverables.
• Lead quarter-end reporting, forecasting, executive presentations, and quarterly business and operations reviews.
• Lead budgeting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and operating roadmap development.
• Build automated financial reports and models and lead process-improvement projects across finance systems and workflows.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in the role offered or in finance/data analytics-related work.
• At least five years of experience using SQL and Snowflake to analyze large datasets for financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• At least five years of experience applying machine learning forecasting techniques to revenue projections and customer behavior modeling.
• At least two years of experience with customer journey data, ARR and lifecycle metrics, statistical KPI development, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Python-based predictive financial models.
• Must be available to work on projects at various sites throughout the United States.
