What you will do
- Lead and support month-end close, forecasting, and planning activities across revenue and expenses.
- Maintain financial models, consolidate assumptions, monitor variances, and prepare timely financial projections.
- Analyze financial and business performance, identify trends and drivers, and provide recommendations.
- Partner with Finance Business Partners, Commercial leaders, Managing Directors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive process improvement, automation, standardization, and adoption of AI-enabled tools for FP&A.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting outputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in commercial finance or a similar industry.
- Strong experience with financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, performance management, and business case development.
- Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and communicate financial information to senior leadership.
- Experience with financial modeling, process optimization, automation, and innovative technologies including AI-enabled solutions.
- Advanced English required to support North America; experience in multinational and English-speaking environments is preferred.
