What you will do

• Lead and support month-end close, forecasting, and planning activities across revenue and expenses.
• Maintain financial models, consolidate assumptions, monitor variances, and deliver accurate financial projections.
• Analyze business performance, identify trends and performance drivers, evaluate opportunities, and provide recommendations.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners, Commercial leaders, Managing Directors, and cross-functional stakeholders to align financial plans with business goals.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation across FP&A activities using innovative and AI-enabled tools.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in commercial finance or a similar industry.
• Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, performance management, and business case development.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and communicating financial information to senior leadership.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, OneStream, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced English is required to support North America.
