Program Manager - Body Systems (Automotive)

What you will do

• Track part releases, engineering changes, material certifications, milestones, and engineering deliverables.
• Develop and maintain program timing charts, status dashboards, health reports, boards, workflows, and Confluence documentation.
• Identify risks, delays, and dependencies, then communicate impacts and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Coordinate engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams around milestones and deliverables.
• Facilitate status meetings, publish action items, and follow up on completion.
• Prepare executive summaries, timing updates, and program health metrics for leadership reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in engineering development, automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with part release processes, engineering change management, and PLM systems.
• Knowledge of Agile or Stage-Gate development processes and JIRA or Confluence.
• English proficiency at C1-C2 level required.
