Technical Program Manager (Robotics)

Location: Hybrid position based out of the Salem, Oregon or Fremont, California office; all roles are U.S.-based. Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States. Relocation assistance is available for eligible roles.

Salary: $121,000–$189,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Coordinate weekly execution reviews across Supply Chain, Tech Ops, and Manufacturing, tracking commitments, risks, and cross-functional actions through closure.
• Manage workstreams within production ramp readiness, capacity expansion, and supplier transition programs.
• Administer and improve the program management toolchain across Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Excel.
• Prepare monthly Operations Program Review materials with portfolio health metrics, exception analysis, and escalation summaries.
• Surface risks early, drive follow-through on decisions, and support adoption of a structured program management framework.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of program, project, or operations coordination experience in manufacturing, hardware, supply chain, or a comparable cross-functional environment.
• Ability to run effective meetings and drive action items to closure across teams without direct management authority.
• Working proficiency with Jira and Confluence or equivalent tools, plus strong Excel or Smartsheet skills.
• Clear, concise written communication for status reports, meeting summaries, and executive-ready materials.
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving production ramp environment.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with hardware NPI or production ramp environments, especially in robotics, automotive, aerospace, or consumer electronics.
• Familiarity with quality systems, supplier quality, QMS, corrective actions, or regulatory and product compliance.
• Exposure to ERP/MRP systems and supply chain planning concepts.
• CAPM or Agile certification.
• Experience building dashboards or light automation with Jira filters/JQL, Smartsheet formulas, or Excel Power Query.
