What you will do

• Own the project lifecycle and drive delivery outcomes through structured execution.
• Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows to improve team throughput.
• Facilitate cross-team alignment through effective communication and shared goals.
• Anticipate risks and develop mitigation plans to protect timelines and quality.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure commitment delivery.
• Champion continuous improvement by leading retrospectives and implementing process changes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading complex, multi-team software or technology programs in fast-paced environments.
• Strong technical background with the ability to reason about modern software, ML, and robotics stacks.
• Systems thinking capability to understand how complex system changes ripple across areas.
• Must be based in or able to work from Sunnyvale, CA.
• Ability to stay neutral and adapt under pressure in ambiguous situations.
• Strong project management skills including planning, prioritization, and risk management.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
• Engineering or Computer Science degree, or previous experience as an engineer.
• Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools.
• Exposure to autonomous vehicles, robotics, ML, or safety-critical domains.
