GTM Senior Program Manager (AI)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States. Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities. May be expected to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret security clearance. Relocation assistance may be available depending on role eligibility.

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 USD base salary per year, plus bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of strategic go-to-market initiatives.
• Drive launch planning for new AI and robotics products.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Build launch plans, timelines, milestones, and executive reporting.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers before they affect delivery.
• Measure launch success through adoption, pipeline, customer engagement, and revenue metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, GTM Program Management, Business Operations, or Strategy.
• Experience launching enterprise software, AI, robotics, or other technical products.
• Proven ability to drive large cross-functional initiatives and communicate with executives.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving startup environment with strong ownership and bias toward action.
• Must be a U.S. Person because of access to export-controlled information or facilities.
• May be expected to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
