What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of strategic GTM initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Drive launch planning for new AI and robotics products, establishing timelines, milestones, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure new capabilities move from concept to customer quickly.
• Build and optimize lightweight operational systems and GTM processes to minimize overhead and accelerate scale.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers to prevent delivery delays.
• Measure launch success through adoption, pipeline, customer engagement, and revenue metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, GTM, Business Operations, or Strategy.
• Experience launching enterprise software, AI, robotics, or other technical products.
• Proven ability to drive large cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong executive communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments with a bias toward action.
• Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
