What you will do

• Develop regional strategies that drive growth, operational efficiency, profitability, and expansion.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, safety, compliance, and performance across multiple parking facilities.
• Define and monitor KPIs while leading continuous improvement and technology adoption across locations.
• Manage regional budgets, revenue forecasts, cost control, margin optimization, and financial analysis.
• Lead and develop regional and operations managers while partnering with executive and cross-functional leaders.
• Improve customer experience, resolve issues quickly, maintain service standards, and build relationships with clients, community leaders, and local officials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in multi-site operations, parking management, or facilities management, including at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, manage P&L, and lead large operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of parking regulations, customer experience practices, operational metrics, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
• Experience using AI tools to transform static workflows into responsive, high-output processes.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Familiarity with parking technology platforms and data-driven decision-making.
