Senior Team Lead - Acquisitions (AI)

Salary: $130,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and lead the strategy and operations for content acquisitions focused on tax and legal subject matter experts.
• Source, develop, and manage relationships with contributors, vendors, industry organizations, and universities.
• Develop and test new content concepts using customer insights, data, and measurable success criteria.
• Improve reporting processes and metrics to support informed acquisitions decisions.
• Partner with commercial teams to support new sales and customer retention through content.
• Lead governance, author and vendor lifecycle management, thought leadership, and contributor programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a J.D. or graduate degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience, including at least 3 years managing teams.
• Demonstrated success solving customer problems in legal, professional, and financial markets.
• Experience managing teams and leading large-scale projects.
• Strong project management, relationship-building, communication, and change-management skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with procurement or accounting systems such as Coupa.
• Experience with project management software such as Atlassian JIRA.
• Specialized education, including a J.D. or graduate degree.
