Sr Specialist, Program Manager

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; based at the hirify.global corporate headquarters with 4–5 days per week in the office. Regular in-person meetings, events, and occasional business travel are required.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. A separate California base salary range of $143,000–$163,000 is listed.

What you will do

• Support and manage the Sales & Marketing master project plan across Commercial Operations.
• Develop delivery timelines, coordinate interdependencies, and establish governance processes for complex projects.
• Maintain project documentation in Confluence and Jira and prepare executive-level presentations.
• Coordinate milestone planning, top-level budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and headcount planning with functional leaders.
• Lead meetings, track decisions and deliverables, and follow up on responsibilities for the Commercial Office.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and drive special initiatives that support alignment and decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10 years of experience in project management or an automotive environment, preferably as a Project Manager.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate organizations, collaborate cross-functionally, and build effective internal partnerships.
• Experience creating infrastructure, systems, and processes in a startup or greenfield environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management systems and tools, including Confluence and Jira.
