What you will do

• Manage logistics service provider performance across air, ground, and parcel transportation networks.
• Monitor service-level performance, including on-time delivery, missing, wrong, and damaged shipments.
• Manage cross-dock operations, carrier meetings, escalation processes, and action trackers.
• Define global logistics processes, carrier statements of work, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with buyers, supplier managers, logistics coordinators, connectivity, finance, and material project teams.
• Support new program launches, carrier transitions, SOP/SOW creation, and contingency planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in logistics and transportation operations.
• Experience with freight flow, order management, warehousing, transport compliance, packaging, and freight payment processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, accountability, attention to detail, and business acumen.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, demonstrate urgency, and drive projects to completion.
• Ability to work in Austin, TX; relocation eligibility is available.
