What you will do

• Engage in an immersive 12-week executive training program covering clinical, operational, and administrative management.
• Shadow department heads and front-line staff to master agency rhythms, processes, and clinical controls.
• Lead real-time projects to drive meaningful improvements within the host agency.
• Prepare for a Director-level role by mastering staffing, team engagement, and community growth initiatives.
• Study and implement state regulations and industry best practices for home healthcare.
• Align leadership strategies with core company values and mission.

Requirements

• Must hold an active, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse, Speech-Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year of experience, preferably in home health or hospice.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a safe driving record.
• Current nationally accredited CPR certification.
• Commitment to ethical standards and patient care excellence.
• Open to relocation based on business needs.
