Health Center Manager, RN (Healthcare)

Pay range: $75,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the operations, workflow, staffing, schedules, and overall performance of assigned employer health centers.
• Supervise, hire, develop, and manage the performance of health center staff in partnership with recruiting and account management.
• Implement clinic-level strategies that improve participant health, utilization, clinical efficacy, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain regulatory, compliance, health, and safety standards, including OSHA case disposition.
• Oversee medical case management and acute injury management for injured workers, coordinating care among providers, employees, supervisors, and workers’ compensation teams.
• Conduct chart and procedure audits, coordinate clinical data gathering, and communicate operational issues to Clinic Operations and Client Services.

Requirements

• Current RN clinical license.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience.
• At least 5 years of direct employee management, medical clinic oversight, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work within budget constraints, and remain accountable for defined goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professionalism, accuracy, patience, and resourcefulness.
• Commitment to wellness, health promotion, chronic condition management, and collaborative team leadership.

Nice to have

• Ability to speak Spanish.
