Clinical Director (Behavioral Health)

Location: Fort Collins and Longmont, Colorado, USA; hybrid work with up to 50% travel to treatment centers and meetings

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 annually plus bonus structure; $3,000 hiring incentive

What you will do

• Lead clinical quality management initiatives across treatment centers within the assigned geographic network.
• Run weekly or biweekly supervision-for-supervisors meetings and support clinical service delivery.
• Oversee monthly chart audits, quality scorecards, and clinical documentation improvement.
• Deliver and coordinate clinical training through virtual sessions, in-person instruction, and LMS courses.
• Review policies, procedures, and training assignments for regulatory, payer, and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify clinical service risks, coordinate corrective actions, and recommend continuous quality improvements with regional and program leadership.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and active LCSW, LPC, or LAC licensure required.
• At least five years of experience in clinical supervision or quality assurance.
• Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment and billing/coding audits.
• Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, workload management, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Fort Collins or Longmont and travel up to 50%.
