Clinical Supervisor

Location: On-site in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, USA. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.; no nights or Sundays.

Salary: $80,000–$83,000 annually, plus bonus potential.

What you will do

• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, coaching, and mentoring to counselors.
• Conduct individual and group therapy and complete required counseling sessions.
• Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee case management, coordinated care, community-provider collaboration, and crisis response.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, conduct peer chart reviews, and monitor service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead supervision and treatment-team meetings, deliver training, and support clinical programs and professional development.

Requirements

• LADC Supervisor credential required.
• Compliance with federal and state certification, licensure, and degree requirements.
• Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment, counseling techniques, and treatment planning.
• Ability to manage confidential information, multiple priorities, and high-pressure clinical situations.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with electronic documentation.
