Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Manchester, UK; on-site role.

What you will do

• Support the flow of stock and information between suppliers, distribution centres, and warehouses.
• Resolve fulfilment and delivery discrepancies with distribution centre, booking-in, warehouse, supplier, finance, and operations stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier delivery compliance and relevant supply-chain SLAs.
• Analyse data, identify process and compliance lapses, and contribute to supplier performance scorecards and continuous improvement.
• Communicate stock movements, delivery exceptions, and variances against planned stock intake to commercial teams, suppliers, and business partners.
• Report supplier failures, identify bottlenecks, review remediation plans, and provide feedback on delivery performance with Merchandising and Supply Planning teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics or supply chain as an administrator or analyst.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Confidence using AI tools to analyse data, automate routine reporting, and improve efficiency, with awareness of responsible use.
• Relationship and stakeholder management skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
