Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Coventry warehouse, United Kingdom; on site.

Salary: £42,000–£50,000 per year depending on experience, plus stock options.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day UK supply chain operations for camera hardware and components, from inbound receipt through field delivery and returns.
• Track stock against deployment schedules, identify shortages or surpluses, and support scale-up and scale-down periods.
• Book and track inbound shipments, support import and customs paperwork, liaise with suppliers, and resolve delivery issues.
• Organize outbound deliveries to field teams and retailer sites, including courier and haulier coordination.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, reconciliations, and system updates.
• Coordinate warehouse and repair technicians, report supply chain KPIs, improve warehouse processes, maintain SOPs, and promote safe working practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or inventory coordination.
• Experience with stock control and inventory management, with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Experience booking and tracking shipments and working with couriers or hauliers.
• Confidence with spreadsheets and inventory systems, with the ability to maintain detailed records.
• Technical aptitude and an interest in troubleshooting hardware.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to juggle priorities as volume changes.
• Clear written and verbal communication with suppliers and international colleagues.
• Ability to perform hands-on warehouse work, including moving equipment safely.
• Full valid UK driving licence.
