What you will do

• Manage the global logistics cycle for technology equipment, including importing, exporting, reporting, and compliance.
• Coordinate vendor communications, quotes, delivery estimates, pricing, and service expectations.
• Support the full purchasing cycle from quoting and purchasing through receiving, inventory tracking, payment reconciliation, and invoice validation.
• Coordinate equipment arrivals, receiving, installation, inbound tickets, and international shipping with third-party providers.
• Maintain inventory, monitor usage patterns, proactively order frequently used equipment, and organize equipment liquidations.
• Support trading infrastructure operations through detailed documentation, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in technology logistics and procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with prior IT procurement experience preferred.
• Experience with US and international customs, importing, exporting, and taxation requirements.
• Knowledge of USITC and the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Strong communication, documentation, customer service, critical-thinking, persistence, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Interest or experience in automation.
• Experience managing third-party shipping coordinators for international shipments.
