Distribution Warehouse Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Wootton, Bedford, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom; Monday-Friday, 14:00-22:00. Must have the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, inventory, and shipping activities.
• Lead warehouse associates through scheduling, coaching, communication, performance support, and team development.
• Coordinate inbound unloading, product stacking, outbound picking and staging, shipment paperwork, and product counting.
• Control physical and cycle counts, maintain product locations and space utilization, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse procedures, operational standards, KPI expectations, facility certification compliance, security, health and safety, sanitation, and equipment safety.
• Complete records and reports, analyze daily and weekly productivity metrics, and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• Two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Demonstrated impact on department or process improvements and a proactive approach to improving daily work.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English.
• Right to work in the UK.
