Inventory Controller (Warehouse Operations)

What you will do

• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock integrity, and effective stock control.
• Perform stock audits, reconciliations, and compliance checks.
• Verify receiving and put-away activities.
• Analyze inventory data and prepare reports.
• Support warehouse operations, health and safety, housekeeping, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Previous experience in inventory control, stock control, or warehouse administration.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a 3PL, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of Lean, continuous improvement, or Six Sigma principles.
• Experience supporting inventory audits and compliance programmes.
• Counterbalance or Reach Truck license where operational support is required.
