Lead People Partner

Location: Devens, Massachusetts, United States; onsite presence required

Annual base salary: $116,000–$174,000, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with assigned business units and shared services, understanding business goals, organizational priorities, talent needs, and people challenges.
• Coach leaders and managers on performance management, feedback, employee development, team effectiveness, and employee relations.
• Lead employee relations and performance matters, identifying patterns and root causes and escalating complex issues when needed.
• Support workforce planning, organization design, talent development, retention, succession planning, and organizational change.
• Build a strong employee experience through a visible onsite presence and relationships with hourly and salaried employees.
• Build, improve, automate, and standardize scalable People processes in partnership with People Operations and other People team partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar role.
• Experience supporting both salaried and hourly employees; manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or operations experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong employee relations experience and practical knowledge of employment laws and practices.
• Ability to coach and influence leaders through performance, employee relations, organizational, and other complex people challenges.
• Experience building or improving HR processes in a growing or changing environment, with strong project management, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, shifting priorities, data, technology, and emerging technologies including AI.
