Salary: $101,000 – $238,000

What you will do

• Act as the "Chief People Officer" for embedded business teams to enable their success.
• Refine and guide the development of People programs, including levelling, promotions, and performance management cycles.
• Drive organizational strategies such as workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to uplift People Team operations.
• Gather deep anecdotal feedback from teams and report insights to the Executive Leadership Team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a top-tier People Business Partner in a similar model.
• 2+ years of experience working within a fast-paced and demanding technology company.
• Deep expertise and a clear vision for how AI is transforming the workplace.
• Strong orientation toward business outputs and impact over HR orthodoxy.
• Analytical and logical approach balanced with deep empathy for team members.
• Ability to overlap working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
