Human Resources Business Partner (AI)

Location: In-office role in Westminster, Colorado; Atlanta, Georgia; or Lake Oswego, Oregon. Remote employment is not considered. Travel requirement: 0–10%.

Salary: $91,100–$125,200 per year. Bonus eligible; not commission eligible.

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to diagnose organizational needs, guide change management, and improve culture and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and succession management initiatives.
• Advise leaders on emerging AI tools for talent acquisition, predictive turnover modeling, and employee experience.
• Guide workforce planning, talent development, and organizational change to support a high-performing workforce.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with employment legislation while supporting business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in Organizational Development.
• Experience consulting with, presenting to, and influencing executive business leaders.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
• Ability to translate business plans into effective talent strategies.
• Ability to work in one of the specified US office locations; remote employment is not considered.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting scaling software organizations.
• Knowledge of or experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction.
