Senior Material Control Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Tualatin, Oregon, United States; shop/warehouse environment

Pay range: $40.00–$50.00 per hour

What you will do

• Manage production schedules and validate parts availability for work orders and builds.
• Receive, inspect, store, replenish, and transact materials in the ERP system.
• Prepare work-order kits, cycle counts, inventory updates, and dashboard data.
• Organize storage locations, implement visual controls, and apply lean inventory principles.
• Use a forklift to store heavy materials such as metals and plastics.
• Support process improvements, communicate progress, escalate issues, and train others.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of warehouse or material control experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• 3–5 years of ERP and order management experience.
• 1–2 years of document control experience or training.
• Forklift certification and Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Ability to continuously lift up to 50 lbs, bend, squat, climb, and work safely in a non-climate-controlled shop/warehouse.
