Senior CRM Technical Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with office attendance an average of four days a week.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain CRM platforms using HTML and CSS integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Build and implement technical CRM campaigns, including email campaigns and automation, according to the campaign schedule.
• Provide direct technical client support, resolve incidents, and deliver ad-hoc optimizations.
• Develop and optimize Dynamics 365 content blocks and templates.
• Collaborate with content and marketing automation teams.
• Identify technical improvements that support expansion of the client service scope.

Requirements

• Solid experience with HTML and CSS applied to CRM or email marketing platforms.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is mandatory.
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients in an agency or client-side environment.
• Autonomy and strong priority-management skills under tight deadlines.
• Fluent English required for work in an international environment.
