Software Development Engineer IV (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Hybrid role located on the Premera campus in Mountlake Terrace, Washington, United States

Salary: $135,600–$230,500 annually

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service capabilities, including Canvas Apps, model-driven apps, and Power Automate flows.
• Develop integrations with telephony platforms such as Genesys, Facets, internal systems, Dataverse, and external APIs.
• Build and maintain plug-ins, custom workflows, Power Platform components, and data-surfacing solutions.
• Optimize CRM usability, performance, automation, reliability, and adoption for customer service representatives handling calls, chats, and emails.
• Enable AI-driven CRM experiences such as virtual agents, case summarization, and intelligent routing.
• Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot production issues, apply CI/CD, perform testing and root cause analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders and IT leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of software development experience and knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• At least 5 years of Dynamics 365 experience.
• Proficiency with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure API Management, Logic Apps, PCF, custom pages, and virtual entities.
• Experience working cross-functionally in agile or hybrid project environments, with strong CRM user experience and front-line support design skills.

Nice to have

• Dynamics 365 or Power Platform engineering experience focused on customer service.
• Familiarity with Genesys Cloud CX or other telephony integrations.
• Knowledge of Azure Service Bus, Azure Fabric, Synapse, Azure OpenAI, RAG architecture, or AI-enhanced CRM tools.
• Experience with automated testing, license-tier optimization, healthcare, or highly regulated environments.
