Sr Spec, IT-Global Serialization

What you will do

• Manage daily activities across the global serialization portfolio.
• Assess new serialization regulations and changes to existing requirements.
• Lead small cross-functional compliance projects involving Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, and Labeling.
• Resolve complex issues with internal and external partners and support manufacturing sites in maintaining serialization standards.
• Act as a business analyst for external software vendors, analyze data, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and develop, collect, and improve key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of operational and administrative project support experience in the medical products or pharmaceutical field.
• Experience with validation or qualification activities and multi-site initiatives.
• Familiarity with Systech and Optel serialization platforms at Levels 1–3 or similar systems.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Independent problem-solving, creative thinking, business judgment, and negotiation skills.
