Sr Specialist Technical Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Mexico City – Colonia Juárez, Mexico; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Analyze and improve client back office processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Support the implementation, configuration, and integration of hirify.global Calypso.
• Work with clients and internal teams to deliver training, operational support, and best practices.
• Serve as a client point of contact, including through occasional on-site engagement, to resolve questions and issues.
• Ensure back office activities align with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in back office operations or consulting within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle management, including settlement, reconciliation, and post-trade processes.
• Experience implementing or working with financial software platforms; Calypso experience is strongly preferred.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of global financial markets, regulations, and accounting for financial products.
• Experience with SQL, scripting, or other technical tools used in financial systems.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA, or Calypso certification.
• Portuguese language skills.
