What you will do

• Analyze and improve client back office processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Support the implementation and configuration of Calypso financial software.
• Partner with internal teams and clients to deliver training and best practices.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients to resolve complex operational issues.
• Ensure all back office activities align with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Requirements

• Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in back office operations or consulting within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Experience implementing or working with financial software platforms, specifically Calypso.
• Must be based in Mexico City, Colonia Juárez.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of global financial markets and accounting for financial products.
• Experience with SQL or other technical scripting tools.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or Calypso certification.
• Proficiency in Portuguese.
