Deployment Strategist - DHS/DOJ (AI)

Location: Washington, DC / National Capital Region, with attendance at hirify.global’s D.C. office 2–3 days per week. Travel: 20–30%.

Salary: $176,800–$221,000 USD base salary annually, plus commission eligibility, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the full capture lifecycle and a multi-million-dollar annual revenue quota across DHS and DOJ accounts.
• Identify opportunities, shape customer requirements, draft white papers, lead complex proposals, and structure deals.
• Navigate federal civilian contracting vehicles, including OTAs, GSA schedules, and component-specific IDIQs.
• Lead the transition of pilots into full-hirify.global deployments, coordinating Engagement Managers, Technical PMs, Engineers, and Product.
• Develop long-term account strategies, secure follow-on funding, and expand deployments across government components.
• Co-design agentic AI workflows with technical teams and end users while negotiating subcontracting and teaming agreements with systems integrators and federal primes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of complex enterprise IT sales or business development experience in DHS, DOJ, federal law enforcement, or homeland security.
• Track record of closing and implementing multi-year deals exceeding $25 million and securing budget line items.
• Deep knowledge of DHS and DOJ modernization priorities, including AI/ML, computer vision, biometrics, screening and vetting, investigative analytics, or case management.
• Existing senior relationships across DHS and DOJ components and major federal integrators.
• Active Secret clearance is strongly preferred; TS/SCI and component suitability are a plus.
• BS/BA required; a technical degree or MBA is preferred.
