What you will do

• Lead private equity opportunities from initial discussions through qualification, solution development, proposal, and close.
• Build and manage relationships with private equity firms, investment professionals, operating teams, and portfolio company executives.
• Translate business priorities into practical data, analytics, AI, and technology initiatives.
• Develop proposals, executive presentations, points of view, and go-to-market materials.
• Coordinate internal leaders, subject-matter experts, delivery teams, and client stakeholders throughout the pursuit and transition to execution.
• Identify expansion opportunities, develop repeatable private equity offerings, and help establish the structure and processes needed to scale the channel.

Requirements

• Significant experience working in the private equity industry and interacting directly with senior stakeholders and portfolio company executives.
• Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to identify where value can be created.
• Experience independently leading complex executive-level pursuits from early conversations through defined outcomes.
• Working knowledge of data, analytics, AI, and technology transformation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create high-quality proposals and executive materials.
• Strong accountability, follow-through, and ability to create structure in a fast-moving environment.
