What you will do

• Manage branch priorities, performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and daily execution.
• Lead consultative sales, business development, community involvement, and consumer and business household growth.
• Deliver a differentiated customer experience through technology-enabled and omnichannel banking interactions.
• Attract, onboard, coach, develop, and retain branch employees while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks, including sales-practice compliance.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, established policies, and branch procedures.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer counseling, and customer experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate effectively, communicate clearly, and make sound decisions.
• Foundational understanding of balance sheets and income statements.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state and complete required background checks.
