What you will do

• Deliver differentiated customer experiences and process a variety of banking interactions.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options, banking products, technology, tools, and resources.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities through meaningful conversations, lobby engagement, and referrals to branch staff.
• Support proactive sales conversations through service-to-sales, teller, internal, and outbound interactions.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems and strengthen loyalty.
• Complete teller and branch operations accurately and efficiently while following policies and risk controls.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or comparable education, certification, and experience.
• Knowledge of banking products, branch banking, customer service, and customer experience principles.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, effective communication, problem solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to identify customer needs, leverage technology, and recognize fraud risks.
• Must work in-office at the Surfside, Florida branch.
