What you will do
- Manage branch priorities, performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and financial targets.
- Lead consultative sales, consumer and business household acquisition, share-of-wallet growth, and community-based business development.
- Coach employees to deliver differentiated customer experiences through technology-enabled and omnichannel interactions.
- Attract, onboard, retain, coach, and develop branch team members while managing performance expectations.
- Manage operational, human capital, reputational, business, sales-practice, and regulatory risks.
- Lead ecosystem partnerships and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Typically 5+ years of related banking or product experience.
- At least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer counseling, and customer experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate, make decisions, communicate effectively, and manage people.
- Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
- Subject to additional background checks under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations and applicable FDIA, SAFE Act, or FINRA requirements.
