Corporate Meetings & Events Manager (Field Marketing)

Location: Remote (United States); willingness to travel and support events onsite is required.

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own the planning, sourcing, and execution of internal meetings and events at scale.
• Manage a portfolio of high-impact corporate programs from initial sourcing through onsite delivery.
• Negotiate hotel and venue contracts, including room blocks, attrition, cancellation terms, food and beverage minimums, audiovisual services, concessions, and service charges.
• Build and manage budgets, forecasts, invoice reviews, and financial reconciliations.
• Coordinate multiple programs across competing timelines, stakeholders, and budgets.
• Build preferred supplier networks and master service agreements while advising senior stakeholders on scope and risk.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in corporate meetings, internal events, or conference planning.
• End-to-end experience managing complex meetings and events.
• Deep expertise in hotel and venue contract negotiations.
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, invoice review, and reconciliation.
• Exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage concurrent programs.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, push back on scope or risk, remain solutions-oriented under pressure, and travel for onsite events.
