Senior Consultant (UiPath)

What you will do

• Plan, estimate, and execute business analysis activities across the software development lifecycle.
• Prioritize the backlog and provide delivery pods with code-ready requirements.
• Define process and information architecture so that logic remains traceable and testable through UAT.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit requirements and identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage deviations from legacy logic, ensuring changes are documented, approved, and communicated.
• Provide consulting support to enterprise clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in automation, business analysis, or consulting.
• Hands-on exposure to UiPath and/or Blue Prism is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and connect technical constraints with business expectations.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, and process documentation such as PDD, SDD, and TDD.

Nice to have

• UiPath Certified Professional Business Analyst certification.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Exposure to AI, intelligent document processing, or process mining with Celonis.
