What you will do

• Own the strategic direction and value narrative of engagements from discovery through delivery and adoption.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with senior executives and business stakeholders.
• Lead the day-to-day execution of engagements in partnership with Client Principals, Technology, and Commercial leads.
• Translate business intent into clear priorities and guidance for technical and delivery teams.
• Drive non-technical success factors, including change management, adoption, and stakeholder alignment.
• Contribute to pre-sales and sales processes, shaping solutions and developing go-to-market propositions.

Requirements

• Experience as a senior consultant, senior manager, or director within a consultancy environment.
• Proven leadership of complex engagements across data, AI, and end-to-end software builds.
• Direct experience working with senior executives and business stakeholders.
• Must be based in London, UK to support a hybrid work model.
