TL;DR
Digital Strategist (AI): Designing and launching AI-powered products, services, and transformation initiatives with an accent on digital strategy, business model development, and measurable business impact. Focus on translating business challenges into solution concepts, validating opportunities, building business cases, and collaborating with engineering, AI, cloud, and data teams.
Location: Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain; hybrid workplace with fully remote work available as an option

What you will do
- Identify opportunities where AI, data, and technology can create measurable business impact.
- Design and validate digital products, services, business models, and AI-powered use cases.
- Conduct discovery, market research, opportunity assessments, and business case development.
- Translate business challenges into requirements, user journeys, solution concepts, and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with engineering, AI, cloud, and data teams to support implementation and monitor project outcomes.
- Contribute to reusable methodologies, innovation assets, proposals, client presentations, and business development activities.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, product, innovation, or technology projects.
- Experience collaborating with software development teams.
- Understanding of AI, cloud, and data concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish required.
Nice to have
- Experience with GenAI solutions and the Microsoft AI ecosystem.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, or Product Discovery methodologies.
- Experience with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or automation tools.
- Exposure to business case development and innovation projects.
