Technical Product Manager (EDI)

Location: Fixed hybrid role in Maple Plain, Minnesota, with remote work Monday and Friday and onsite work Tuesday–Thursday. The role is open only to U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or foreign nationals with refugee or asylee status. Temporary visa holders are not eligible.

Salary: $107,400–$161,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and outcomes for an operational product domain supporting finance, procurement, order allocation, and partner workflows.
• Support EDI systems and B2B connectivity with customers and vendors, including CLEO, SPS Commerce, customized mappings, transaction handling, and external system coordination.
• Define product success metrics covering adoption, customer experience, quality, operational performance, delivery, and business impact.
• Translate business and customer needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear PRDs.
• Prioritize backlogs and drive releases with engineering and design teams, managing scope, risks, dependencies, and launches.
• Improve partner lifecycle operations and balance speed, quality, cost, utilization, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of product management or closely related experience.
• 3+ years supporting EDI systems or processes.
• Ownership of a product, feature set, or domain from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Experience working daily with software engineers and designers in an Agile environment.
• Must meet the stated U.S. work authorization requirements; temporary visas are not eligible.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft AX, Dynamics 365, ERP, MES, order orchestration, allocation or routing engines, and API-first systems.
• Experience in digital manufacturing, B2B marketplaces, supply chain, or e-commerce.
• Experience with Looker, Domo, Tableau, SQL, or Miro.
• Experience in complex operational environments involving technology, people, and processes.
