Cloud Migration Product Owner

Location: Remote within the United States, with possible in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility. Listed locations include Lexington, Massachusetts; Bethesda, Maryland; McLean, Virginia; and Washington, DC.

Salary: $69,300–$158,000 annualized USD

What you will do

• Work with clients to understand mission needs, requirements, and delivery timelines.
• Guide the migration of critical systems to cloud platforms.
• Develop Agile project roadmaps, establish milestones, and define progress metrics.
• Create and manage epics, user stories, tasks, acceptance criteria, definitions of done, and product backlogs.
• Lead sprint ceremonies and support Agile application development across the software development lifecycle.
• Test new capabilities and communicate progress with customers, engineering teams, and leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading or working with Agile teams in a technical or engineering environment.
• Experience with Agile application development teams across the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with GitLab or Jira.
• Knowledge of Scrum or SAFe and their application to software development.
• Ability to lead development teams and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree and ability to obtain a Secret clearance required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP.
• Knowledge of cloud migration strategies.
• Agile or cloud foundational certifications.
• Existing Secret clearance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
