Senior Software Engineer (CloudOps/DevOps)

Location: Remote - US; applicants must already be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $125,241–$187,862 base salary annually.

What you will do

• Architect, implement, and optimize cloud-based solutions using industry best practices.
• Design and deploy robust, automated systems for mission-critical applications and services.
• Monitor cloud environments, proactively resolve issues, and minimize downtime and incidents.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement across CloudOps and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex technical topics clearly.

Requirements

• Advanced Kubernetes expertise, including designing and diagnosing production-grade deployments at scale.
• Proven AWS cloud experience; Azure and GCP experience is a bonus.
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.
• Containerization experience with Docker and related tooling.
• Production coding experience with Bash, Python, or Golang for scripting and automation.
• Understanding of AWS networking, cloud security, HIPAA, and HITRUST compliance.
