What you will do

• Manage and optimize hirify.global within air-gapped U.S. AWS cloud regions.
• Design and develop proprietary deployment tools, analytics, and processing routines to increase flexibility.
• Collaborate with the Federal Cyber Defense team to maintain security posture and compliance.
• Oversee the installation and support of operating systems, databases, and network-related tools.
• Coordinate across commercial software engineering teams to ensure robust and scalable platform solutions.

Requirements

• United States citizenship (naturalized or native) is mandatory.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance (Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly preferred).
• 4+ years of experience deploying large-scale applications, including 3+ years in AWS or GCP.
• 2+ years of experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Python, Go, Chef, and Puppet.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and CI/CD build management and monitoring.

Nice to have

• DoD 8570/8140 compliance with IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA CySA+, GICSP, CASP+).
• Experience with network analysis and troubleshooting using tools like tcpdump.
• Strong scripting expertise in Python, Ruby, or Java.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum practices using Jira.
