What you will do

• Manage and optimize hirify.global infrastructure within air-gapped U.S. AWS cloud regions.
• Develop and maintain proprietary deployment tools and analytics to improve company-wide flexibility and cost savings.
• Partner with the Federal Cyber Defense team to manage security operations, governance, and platform health.
• Oversee the deployment of the technology stack across private and public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Collaborate with commercial software engineering teams to ensure robust and efficient system-wide improvements.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is strictly required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance (TS/SCI w/CI Poly).
• 8+ years of experience deploying large-scale complex applications, with 3+ years in AWS or GCP.
• 4+ years of experience with automation tools including Ansible, Python, Go, Chef, and Puppet.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, build management, and cloud monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance.
• DoD 8570/8140 compliance with IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA CySA+, CASP+).
• Expertise in network analysis and troubleshooting using tools like tcpdump.
• Strong background in Unix/Linux environments and advanced Python scripting.
