Sr. Director, Finance Transformation (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Universal City, California, United States; hybrid schedule with office attendance required a minimum of four days per week.

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 yearly, plus bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead finance transformation activities for the SAP S/4HANA Project Keystone implementation supporting the Studio Group.
• Translate finance and reporting needs into fit-to-standard SAP S/4HANA business process and master data designs.
• Coordinate with Finance, Technology, business units, the S/4 Core Team, system integrators, and operations teams.
• Drive data validation and reconciliation across legacy SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Identify and lead initiatives involving platform upgrades, process optimization, automation, analytics, reporting, and emerging technologies.
• Lead transformation professionals, project leaders, and consultants while building executive stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, ideally in media or entertainment.
• Understanding of SAP business processes, including Accounts Payable, Record to Report, and Order to Cash.
• Experience with agile project management, organizational change management, and cross-functional transformation delivery.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, AoE, BPC, SAC, and Power BI.
• Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
