Director, Finance Process Transformation

Location: Hybrid, with in-office attendance three times per week; candidates must be within commuting distance of the San Jose, California or Raleigh, North Carolina offices.

Salary: $196,350–$270,000 USD annually, with compensation determined by location, qualifications, experience, and education.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end transformation of Order-to-Cash and other core Finance processes.
• Define future-state processes, controls, operating models, and business requirements to improve scalability, efficiency, compliance, and business outcomes.
• Lead Integration Management Office activities for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Establish governance, coordinate cross-functional execution, manage risks and dependencies, and drive transaction objectives.
• Partner with Finance leadership, the Finance AI COE, Finance PMO, process owners, and other stakeholders on data, technology, analytics, and AI-enabled transformation.
• Define success metrics and communicate value realization, process improvement, and sustained adoption.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Finance and Accounting processes, including Order-to-Cash and related systems such as Oracle ERP, CPQ, and billing platforms.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale Finance transformation programs and complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience developing business cases, success metrics, and value-realization plans.
• Strong understanding of finance systems, data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled process improvement.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and effective control frameworks.
• At least 12 years of related experience and at least 5 years of people management experience.

• CPA certification.
• Exposure to AI-enabled finance tools and advanced analytics.
